Meet the Owner

After moving back to the North Country in late 2017, Jon began searching for a way to bring what he loves to the community of Potsdam.  He was able to acquire a beautiful space on Market St in the summer of 2021 and the work began.   With Jon's almost 20 years of experience in the food industry and educational background he was able to create a unique business that operates as a retail outlet and eatery.   He is excited to be able to provide high quality craft butchery items as well as unique prepared casual and fine dining experiences.   ​
